In 2019 Amanda joined the City of Chillicothe as the Economic Development Director. Under the general supervision of the Mayor and Economic Development Committee of the City Council, she manages and direct city efforts aimed at business, economic and community development; marketing and tourism.

She works to retain and expand existing businesses, attract new businesses, promote the community and seek opportunities to grow the city.
