Brian Abernathy is General Manager at Convergent Nonprofit Solutions, where he helps lead strategy, operations, expense control, and fundraising success for client projects. He has broad nonprofit and community development experience, including launching local chapters for international organizations, directing operations for new nonprofits, building cross-sector partnerships, and managing capital fundraising campaigns. Before joining Convergent, he served as a campaign director for a regional fundraising firm and as VP of Operations at First Community Development. Brian lives in Buford, Georgia, with his wife, two daughters, one dog, and eight chickens.
