Candi Clouse, Ph.D.

Candi Clouse, Ph.D. is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in higher education and software. Dr. Clouse concentrates on economic impact modeling, data analysis, and industry research. She has strong program and project management professional with a PhD in Urban Studies and Public Affairs focused in Economic Development.

A national leader in economic impact design, modeling and interpretation, she currently works as the Vice President of Customer Success and Education Services for IMPLAN, the leading provider of economic impact data and analytical software. She oversees the customer facing staff and is responsible for over $7M in ARR. She has presented at numerous conferences including the Interactional Input-Output Association, Urban Affairs Association, and the Mid-Continent Regional Sciences Association. She has authored many reports and technical papers and eight journal articles and book chapters.
