He is spearheading efforts to address the critical talent needs of businesses including helping address the skills gap, recruiting new talent to the area, and helping employers find the employees they need to be successful. With over 10 years in the Human Resources, Training, and Recruiting; Clint has developed a method of creative thinking that attacks common challenges from unique angles. Also - as someone who holds a BA in Music - he understands the concept of a "Non Traditional Pathway" and working with an adaptive workforce.
