Jana Sanchez has been helping companies get results for more than 20 years. She’s an entrepreneur, educator, coach, and community leader, who is committed to building ecosystems inside and outside of organizations that support high performing teams making a significant impact within their businesses and communities.

Jana currently runs the Business Accelerator Services of Estes (BASE) Program for I the Estes Park EDC. The BASE Program is a 6-month intensive dive into building and growing your business, helping leaders in three core areas - Leadership, Operations, and Innovation. She is the former Executive Director of LaunchNo.CO, a nonprofit dedicated to helping companies form, grow, and stay in Larimer and Weld counties.
