Kevin Leighty currently serves as the Economic Development Director for the Village of Oswego (IL) where he is responsible for attracting new investment and supporting the community’s existing businesses. Prior to Oswego, Kevin did economic development for nearly a decade in two other municipalities. Kevin holds a BA, MPA, and in the process of obtaining his CEcD.
